„STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITIES OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND CIVIL SERVANTS FROM REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA”

Aim of the project: To strengthen the capacities of public authorities, to encourage open discussions in order to exchange experience, best practices and to identify challenges and opportunities faced by public authorities in the context of public administration and public service reform.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To develop the skills of public authority officials
Conduct 12 training and professional development courses for 225 civil servants in public administration in the areas of management and leadership, communication in public administration, performance management in public administration, quality management in public administration, development of emotional intelligence.
The courses will be delivered by expert trainers from universities in the United States.
2. Strengthening the capacity of the team of trainers in public administration, public management
3 training courses for 75 trainers in the use of advanced andragogical training methods, communication and motivation in training. The courses will be held by US experts for trainers from the Institute of Public Administration, State University of Moldova, State University of Balti.
3. Development of the training offer of the Institute of Public Administration
The training and professional development courses developed under the project will be included in the Portfolio of the Institute of Public Administration. The training materials developed will be used in the delivery of training courses conducted by the IPA.
