Responsabilitatea socială – instrument de management pentru administraţia publică

The purpose of the article sets out to describe the role of Social Responsibility (SR) in government policy and examine its relevance to a particular sector, the regulated utilities. Current theoretical and political activities conducted at the national and international level, suggest a widespread interest shared by government, regarding the role of government for the natural environment, social development and social inclusion.
