Instituţionalismul: conceptul, evoluţia şi actualitatea

The article examines the subject matter, the stages of development and the actuality of the tendency on institutionalism thinking. A special attention is given to such institutions as a family, ownership, market, enterprise, state, technological structures and so on. The author of the article points out that this knowledge is important for the Republic of Moldova.
