The application of the legal framework on administrative transparency in the Republic of Moldova, here we refer to the Law on access to information, including the transformation of the administrative culture into a democratic and transparent one, raises essential obstacles at present, especially for the countries with vulnerable economies, that have a limited budget for putting into practice a general program of additional measures.
