Programarea neurolingvistică în comunicarea funcţionarilor publici

The civil servants, participants in various seminars, are interested in tech­ niques of neurolinguistic programming. This has served as an impulse to write the present article. I tried to elucidate briefly the history of NLP and to describe some techniques of influence through neurolinguistic programming.
