Teorii şi modele în procesul de elaborare a politicilor publice

The theory and practice of public policies in the Republic of Moldova is a domain of recent study. In order to successfully put into practice the reform of central public administration and to obtain a positive impact in the development of the state administrative system, it is necessary to be aware of the importance of studying the administrative phenomenon from the perspective of political poli­ cies which are being implemented in the state. The international and national scientific researches in the field offer a large spectrum of theories and models in the explanation of the process of elaboration and implementation of public poli­ cies. The present article is centered on the study of the essence of these theories and models.
