Правовое регулирование пенсионного обеспечения в Украине This article provides an overview of the pension system in Ukraine. Three levels of pensions are characterized: solidarity, savings and private pension provision. It shows the stages of formation of the legal regulation of the pension system. The study uses statistics on the number of pensioners and the average size of pensions. The article points out the key problems of effective functioning of the pension system. Separately, the author referred to the issue of discriminatory provisions of the pension legislation in need of reform. The overall conclusion of the need to codify pension legislation has been made. And in addition - the unification and harmonization of general and special pensions. -

Особенности адаптации заимствованных политических институтов на постсоветском пространстве In the article the role of political institutions that were imported in transitive political systems of post-Soviet space is analyzed. The modern approaches of analysis of institutional transformations in transitive societies are used. The author grounds the features of the social actors` adaptation process to the institutional forms that were imported. -

Have been identified main determinants of every crime of this type. On the basis of this research were allocated causes and conditions of crimes against morality in cultural sphere in the complex. -
Система власти в современных государствах: причины изменений конфигурации и условий функционирования The paper describes the evolution of the current system of power in modern states and identifies the factors affecting the changes in its configuration. In a democracy and globalization these factors are the social networks of trust, conceptual inequality and the existence of latent power structures that lead to the emergence of new institutions of power, but also significantly affect the nature of relationships within the current system of government, forcing it to evolve, creating comfort for the operation of each of the its constituent bodies of power. -

This issue is very actually now, because justice is very important sphere of providing of execution of laws. On basis of research of determination of justice, object of crime and crimes against justice in all, author offers her own determination of concept of crimes against justice of indicated group. This research is very important for criminal law science. -

Пути реализации государственной политики Украины в сфере виктимологической профилактики насильственной преступности In present article are investigated the possible ways of realization victimology policy in Ukraine. The author attempts to analyze means of victimological prevention of violent criminality. An important place in this research is given to the means of victimological prevention which had been implemented by other countries. According to the cited data we can draw a conclusion that for successful development of given process is necessary most active, co-ordinated assistance of national, public and private citizens on all level. -

Исторические особенности фомирования института ответственности представительных органов местного самоуправления на этнических украинских территориях The research of the historic development of the institution of liability of the representative bodies of local government on the ethnic Ukrainian territories from ancient times to the resumption of Ukraine’s independence in 1991 is conducted. Particular attention is paid to the historical events that influenced the formation and development of representative bodies of local government. For the first time, taking into account the historic stages of the development of local government on Ukrainian territories, the process of the formation of the institution of liability of representative bodies of local government on Ukrainian territories is divided into periods. -
Государственный контроль на региональном уровне в условиях реформирования местного самоуправления и территориальных органов исполнительной власти Украины The article deals with the formation of effective state control at the regional level in the context of increasing globalization and regionalization in the implementation of public policy. The problem of state control in terms of reforming the territorial executive authorities and local self-empowerment is considered a separate line of development functions of local state administrations concerning the control at the regional level, including the activities of local authorities in respect of compliance with their decisions and norms of the Constitution and Ukrainian legislation. -
Историческое влияние градостроительства на формирование государственной политики в сфере благоустройства населенных пунктов The research object of this article is to examine the historical impact of urban planning issues in public policy in the area of beautification of human settlements. The article describes historical examples of requirements for the construction of cities and their territories, and other public facilities in the settlements. It is determined that the formation of public policy in the field of urban development, where great importance is assigned to the area of improvement of human settlements. Also, the range of socio-economic, health and hygiene, engineering and architectural issues covering urrent improvement of settlements and the principles of policy development in the area of beautification of settlements have been determined. The paper takes into consideration the application of the Landscape Convention, which is recommended in the formation of public policy in the area of improvement of settlements, and which subsequently has become a global gain value. -

The definition and the structure of an “European component of public servants’ training” with a focus on the lifelong learning concept are given, and the current state of affairs in Ukraine is outlined. -

Weak current spontaneous alignment balance mechanism through automatic price adjustment policy is opposed by active equalization deficit deflationary contraction in aggregate demand, and the application of special measures direct state regulation of foreign accounts. -
