Comunicarea politică - component intrinsec al vieţii sociale contemporane Nowadays, political communication has become an intrinsic component part of the social life and more and more public servants display an increased interest in this activity. Generally, it can be affirmed that political communication is a field in which various persuasive modalities and forms of the electorate are intersected. The article analyses the proposed by different specialists I the field definitions in order to identify the specifics of political communication. The author proposes a succinct characteristic of the essential forms of political communication such as: presidential communication, governmental communication, local communication, party communication, electoral communication. The peculiarities of the political marketing and of its instruments in political communication are also specified. The aim of the article is to initiate the readers into the essence of the topic. -
Programarea neurolingvistică în comunicarea funcţionarilor publici The civil servants, participants in various seminars, are interested in tech niques of neurolinguistic programming. This has served as an impulse to write the present article. I tried to elucidate briefly the history of NLP and to describe some techniques of influence through neurolinguistic programming. -
Ce trebuie să ştim despre o evoluare publică? The activity of public functionaries includes diverse performances in public, so the skills of eloquence are extremely needed by them. For the majority of public functionaries the appearances in front of the numerous audience is often stressful if they have never got the training in the skills of eloquence. The authors of this article have the intention to provoke readers to take an interest in some subjects related to the rhetoric (particularities of the types of rhetoric and rules of public performance to use effectively while speaking in public). This knowledge will help public functionaries deliver persuasive discourses. -
Activitatea Academiei de Administrare Publică contribuie foarte mult la eficientizarea instituțiilor sistemului Am activat la Academia de Administrare Publică de la fondarea ei. Am ținut cursul de „Comunicare în administrarea publică”. Am fost încântată de audienții primelor promoții. Erau oameni tineri din administrația publică locală și centrală, orientați foarte serios pentru un studiu riguros al domeniului, cu capacități cognitive performante și o atitudine constructivă față de procesul de instruire. Întâlnirile cu ei îmi provocau satisfacție morală și erau un motiv serios pentru studiul autodidact.
