Tehnologiile realităţii mixte în activitatea de învăţare continuă şl cercetare Knowledge is assimilated more efficiently in a virtual world, in which words are replaced by images, virtual video sequences and at the same time are touch able, involving different human sensors. This article is about the space offered by the mixed reality, which offers the possibility of cooperation between the user and the computer. The Mixed Reality Technologies, and their components, are described from the point of view of the offered perspective in the continuous learning activity. -
Perspective şi oportunităţi de implementare a tehnologiilor informaţionale şi comunicaţionale în sistemul electoral al Republicii Moldova This article is putting forward a contextual analysis of the remote electronic voting systems, derived from the changes in the technological, economic, social, cultural and organizational, and theoretical framework from which this (Social Science) is made of. Thus, this article emboss the issues of technical, social, political, organizational and behavioral nature regarding the introduction of new information technologies for Moldova, suggesting in this way solutions for reduction of absenteeism at the ballot boxes. Implementation of the mandatory voting in the first instance and subsequently of the electronic one, in parallel with traditionally vote would assure the express of the voting right for the country’s citizens. Implementation of large-scale systems for remote electronic voting would be in concordance with the dynamic of the global transformations that inevitably changes both our structure and our democratic society’s functionality, and suggests the equal submission for the citizens’s rights and their obligations, especially in the conditions when over one third of the work capable population is working outside the country and which practically makes the majority of the absenteists. Given that the Republic of Moldova was established as an independent state and now is seeking EU membership, there should also be considered the European and global directions regarding to the implementation of the advanced information technologies as one of the solutions that would fully contribute to the substantiation of the democracy’s values and principles. -
Impactul internetului asupra propagandei The Internet could be of some use to the propagandist. It is timely often running at immediate speeds. It does allow one to rapidly gauge the general feelings and instincts of a society, and lets one get an idea of what the "common man " I believes and is thinking. It can certainty reflect majority opinions, although as I those who visit such places can attest, its discussion areas can be superficial in content. -

They are suitable for young entrepreneurs as well as for established institutions în the field of business, who want a better image, or extension to Internet communication services and products offered. -
Impactul e-Guvernării asupra vieţii sociale, politice şi economice a statului E-Government is a form of democracy, a form of respect for the citizens of the state they represent, but also is a social and economic necessity by the beneficial effects it brings, directly and indirectly, to the whole society and economy. The changes involved in the information society can be considered as a new type of inter-human and social relations, and also a new framework for relations between a country’s citizens and their representatives: Government, Parliament, central and local institutions. Public services and government’s data for citizens can be easily used in an electronic format, reducing the costs of resources currently involved in their implementation. But most important, it is that e-government offers quality services easily and quickly, removing the bureaucracy encountered in this type of relationship and moreover, it provides transparency, trust and involvement. The article describes what is and what is by meant e-Governance in Moldova, which the costs and the benefits of the Projects implemented in this area are. It also describes the changes made in recent months by the Center of e-Governance under the Government of the Republic of Moldova. -

Various methods of secure data management and user accountsare proposed, and formulated requirements for creating secure passwords; introduction to the notion of password generating programs and passwords to access accounts, which can solve problems of data security in cyberspace. -
Perspectivele implementării ecotehnologiilor informaționale în infrastructura inovațională a Republicii Moldova The technologies advance in an accelerated rhythm and are applied at all the organizational levels of the social and economic life. The adaptation to the imposed rhythm of changes of the new technologies presupposes a good international cooperation in the transfer and implementation of them in the production process. The technological progress has affected, as well, the information systems both of the public organisations and of the private ones, imposing new forms of public partnership in an era which can be called eco-TIC, which reveals the IT impact on the requirements of the durable development. -
Tehnologii cloud computing aplicate pentru învăţământul virtual al funcţionarilor publici Din perspectiva educaţiei, utilizarea e-learning prin tehnologiile de Cloud Computing reprezintă una dintre direcţiile cele mai importante de dezvoltare a softurilor educaţionale, deoarece Cloud Computing sunt într-o dezvoltare vertiginoasă şi se aplică în toate domeniile Societăţii Informaţionale, inclusiv în educaţie. Sistemele pentru învăţământul virtual pe platforme web (e-learning) necesită numeroase resurse hardware şi software. Comoditatea învăţării în Internet, crearea unui mediu de învăţare bazat pe web a devenit unul dintre punctele forte în cercetările educaţiei virtuale, inclusiv Cloud Computing technologies applied in virtual education of civil servants. Articolul prezintă tehnologiile Cloud Computing ca o platformă pentru învăţământul virtual pe platforme web, avantajele şi dezavantajele utilizării acestora faţă de alte tehnologii.
