Dimensiunea confesională a politicii internaţionale: istorie şl actualitate Confesional factor came back to international relations after the end of the Cold War, this factor being tackled as a catalyser of the global conflicts. Religious affiliation forms the civilisations support which moves forward, mainly, in the international life, and their „clash" is not excluded. At the same time, religions are true life phylosophies, being a guideline of moral behaviour. So, the role of the confesional factor in contemporary international relations should not be overestimated, nor underestimated. -

Activităţi nemilitare ale Organizaţiei Tratatului Atlanticului de Nord: repere teoretico-metodologice şi politico-juridice The institutionalization and the expansion of non-military activities conducted by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization are examined in the article. The range of such policies including the political, economic, social, technical, scientific, ecological and humanitarian expanded especially after the Cold War which found reflection in the three Strategic Concepts from 1991, 1999 and 2010. The Republic of Moldova cooperation processes involved in the Partnership for Peace program, which it signed on 16 March 1994, refer to developing non-military projects especially in the field of environmental protection and scientific research. -
Fundamentarea şi diversificarea conceptului de securitate The news of investigations is determined by the need to investigate the process of rethinking of national security, and the Copenhagen School has the decisive role. The conclusion is that traditional schools have approached the security in political-military terms, but is currently growing the share of other sizes, especially the economic, social and environmental dimensions. -
Impactul relaţiilor politico-administrative asupra culturii organizaţionale a administraţiei publice locale It is obvious that every policy change entails significant changes, especially in the leadership positions. Practice is difficult to acceptable European standards and other states with consolidated democracy, but that seems to perpetuate us despite pressure from international bodies. It is true that in recent years it has experienced an attenuation, so through successive legislative changes but also because of a slight change in the attitude of the political class. Yet many of those who have been replaced by political criteria based access in the same manner and accept this change as a natural fact. There are many situations in which attempts presentation of removal from office due to incompetence, or some people leave the public to the private sector where higher revenues. -
Parteneriatul cu Alianţa Nord-Atlantică – mecanism de valorificare a opţiunii europene On the basis of the above we determined that the relations between the Republic of Moldova and NATO are marked essentially by two factors, the status of neutrality auto-proclaimed the presence of the Russian Federation, both having repercussions in relation to the problem of identifying viable solutions to the conflict in the eastern region. The Republic of Moldova can not ignore the partnership with such an important actor, NATO, even if it is not on the list of priorities of the Organization, the lack of evidence guest list at the Chicago Summit. Currently the Euro-Atlantic integration of the Republic of Moldova does not sit on the agenda, especially due to constitutional difficulties, geopolitical mentality and character, but the partnership with NATO remains a sustainable opportunity to capitalize, including the military dimension (modern armament National Army), political (providing support organizations to promote national interests) and non-military, joint projects (purchase of equipment and technology). -
Opţiuni strategice şi tactice de realizare a prevederilor programatice de politică externă de către partidele politice In this article are investigated the foreign policy strategies and tactics that are developed and promoted by the political parties from the Republic of Moldova. Broadly the foreign policy options are focused on two strategic geopolitical directions – the European Union and the Customs Union from the Eastern area. The investigation of the foreign policy options is important, because in terms of representative democracy the political parties or accede to government or exist in opposition, but promotes a certain foreign policy course. -
Subsistemele regionale din Orientul Mijlociu în abordările teoretico-metodologice din Federaţia Rusă The paper focuses on the historiographical analysis of the topics defining researches, elaborated by scientists from Russia, defining the conceptual-theoretical landmarks of the research concerning the regional subsystems and centers of power in the Middle East, helping to substantiate the researches on Regional Studies. The authors elucidate the arrangements that are ongoing in the Muslim area appeared after the Cold war, determining the character and peculiarities of the international geopolitical conjuncture, regional and subregional factors, which impact on the formation or reconfiguration of the certain subsystems and centers of power, identifying the affinities, interests and their vulnerabilities on the light of the Russian experts’ researches. The paper presents a wide-ranging study that elucidated the dynamics of the subsystem reconfigurations of the Middle East: it is elucidated the resizing of the place and role of the countries from the mentioned area as a result of the transformation of the post-Cold war, identifying the determinant factors and their impact. It was elaborated, on horizontal plan, the segmentation of Muslim geopolitical space in the sub-regional systems and sub-regional centers of power as parts of a homogeneous unit, based on affiliation to religion and Islamic civilization.
