Consideraţii privind instruirea universitară şi postuniversitară în domeniul administraţiei publice, realizări şi tendinţe The problem of university and post -graduate studies in the field of public administration represents a priority for the Republic of Moldova on the way to state consolidation and European standards of governance implementation. The evaluation of accumulated experience, the study of international practices in the field, wording efficient solutions and training highly qualified staff is very important in the process of administrative reformation in the Republic of Moldova. Utilization of these suitabilities depend on the will and qualification of the teaching staff whose activity is aimed at adjustment of the science of Public Administration to the academic international standards. -
Finanţarea cheltuielilor în instituţiile de învăţământ. Metode şi principii In this article the author makes a detalied analysis of the estimate calcules of the expences for the public education; the activity indexes for the public education are being calculated using several formulas. The author argues, that the plauning of the expences for financing the education is a difficult process and all the activity indexes of the institutions should be taken, into account according to their lives of studies; the public expences in the Republic of Moldova are analysed according to their economic weight in PIB. The dynamics of the expences in the institution of public education in Chişinau is quite interesting. The analysed date prove that the biggest part of the real expences taken for a pupil go to the work remuneration (60%-70%). -
Finanţarea învăţământului superior în Republica Moldova This article is related to the problem of financing of high education in the RM. During the last years there is a tendency to decrease the number of students financed from the state budget, and increase slowly the number of those, who pay their school fee individually. But the mode of high education financing from the budget is the same for all state institutions. There are no differential criteria of financing according to profiles. The author is offering certain criteria, which should be considered in the financing of high education institutions, based on the division of profile studies. -
Tehnologii educaționale inovative în învățământul superior Astăzi, școala superioară este dezvoltarea de competențe. Această evoluție, care solicită nu numai schimbări în selectarea și armonizarea obiectivelor și conținutului învățării, dar, de asemenea, afectează modul de a proiecta și implementa situații de predare / învățare . Din perspectiva teoretică, prezentul articol presupune o serie de analize ale literaturii de specialitate menite să configureze un cadru explicativ coerent în acord cu problematica investigată, respectiv impactul stilurilor educaționale asupra rezultatelor studenților.
