Colaborarea Republicii Moldova cu Uniunea Europeană: realităţi şl perspective The experience that has been obtained by Moldovan diplomacy in collabora tion with the European Union come to demonstrate that the road to integration into European structures of the Republic of Moldova is quite complicated and also that there are no clear answers regarding the purpose of relationships be tween both parties. Moldova, unlike the Baltic States and those of Central and South-Eastern Europe, has not met the same way of the European integration process. Obviously, there are a number of objectives and subjective causes of which depended on the Moldovan diplomacy activity for including the Republic of Moldova in the European integration process. But, we can say, that up to now, European integration remains a constant and irreversible priority of the internal and foreign policy of Republic of Moldova. -
Avantaje şi dezavantaje de colaborare a Republicii Moldova cu Comunitatea Statelor Independente prin prisma securităţii naţionale The cooperation of (he Republic of Moldova within the Common wealth of Independent States is confined to economics, but nonetheless, over the years it became clear that the subsequent development of the state depends on the cooperation in other areas. Analyzing the relations RM-CIS, in addition to the advantages it has its presence in the country and I could list a numbe rof disadvantages, such as dependence on political and economic structures of this community, the worsening economic situation by failing to elaborate a single economic concept, inability to solve the Transnistrian conflict. -
Elaborarea noului cadru juridic de colaborare a Republicii Moldova cu Uniunea Europeana In this article, the author analyses shortly the cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union after the expiracy of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement and also of the Action Plan European Union - Republic of Moldova; the positive but also the negative results of our country in the main spheres; the achievements which are absolutely necessary in order to become closer to the European comunity. A detailed examination is made of the main achievements of the Aliance for European Integration govenmentai programme which is aimed at getting the relations with the EU closer, including the actions of our authorities (the Government of Republic of Moldova, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.! On the negotiations of the Associate Agreement to the EU, as well as the cooperation of our country with European stuctures in different domains. -
Sper la continuarea unei colaborări fructuoase cu Academia de Administrare Publică Președintele Academiei de Științe a Moldovei se referă în interviul ce urmează la colaborarea cu Academia de Administrare Publică din Moldova, la realizarea în comun a unor importante proiecte naționale și internaționale. Autorul își expune opinia cu privire la dezvoltarea științei administrației din republică, la contribuția cercetătorilor celor două instituții la procesele de reformare în acest domeniu, punând accentul pe aspectele evoluției procesului de cercetare și inovare în republică. Intervievatul atrage atenția cititorului asupra faptului că Republica Moldova a devenit prima țară din CSI și din Parteneriatul Estic, care a reușit asocierea la programele europene, referindu-se la câteva proiecte științifice internaționale de anvergură.
