Dezvoltarea regională - perspectivă de dezvoltare locală There are big internal disparities of income and opportunity between our country's regions. Through the regional policy, it should be done transfers of resources from affluent to poorer areas. The aim is to modernize backward re gions so that they can catch up with the rest of the country. In this way. regional policy is an instrument of financial solidarity and a powerful force for cohesion and economic integration. Shaping our future, is a Regional Development Policy which offers a strate gic and long-term perspective on the future development of Republic of Moldova. Tfie Regional Development Policy should have a strong influence over where development is placed or should be placed in future to have maximum economic and social benefit. The objectives of the Regional Development Policy are: making regions of the country more attractive for investments by improving accessibility, providing quality services and presennng environmental potential: encouraging innovation, entrepreneurship and the knowledge economy through the development of information and communications technologies. -
Provocările dezvoltării regionale în secolul al XXI-lea Regional development is about the geography of welfare and its evolution. To see changing regional welfare positions we often use gross domestic product (GDP) per capita as a statistical approximation. Complementary measures are also used, such as per capita consumption, poverty rates, unemployment rates, labor force participation rates or access to public services. These indicators are more social in nature and are often used in United Nations welfare comparisons. -
Instrumente pentru depistarea decalajelor în dezvoltarea regională din Republica Moldova Indicii de privare sunt indici de privare la nivelul zonei mici, creat de Departamentul britanic pentru comunități și administrație locală (DCLG). Este neobișnuit în includerea sa a unui act de acces geografic ca element al privării și în măsura ei directă a sărăciei (prin intermediul datelor privind încasările de beneficii). Indicii de privare se bazează pe ideea de dimensiuni distincte ale privării care pot fi recunoscute și măsurate separat. Acestea sunt apoi combinate într-o singură măsură per ansamblu. Indicele este alcătuit din șapte dimensiuni distincte ale privării numite Indici de Domeniu. -
Linii directoare şi practici bune pentru dezvoltarea locală Probleme majore de dezvoltare locală, în mare parte legate de autorităţile locale, cărora le revine şi responsabilitatea pentru elaborarea şi implementarea unor mecanisme eficiente de strategii de dezvoltare. Cu toate acestea, grupurile ţintă trebuie să fie conştiente de avantajele şi consecinţele potenţiale ale diferitelor opţiuni de punere în aplicare şi trebuie să joace un rol activ în discuţiile cu autorităţile locale, pentru a dezvolta mecanisme de implementare adecvate pentru dezvoltarea locală. -
Integrarea diasporei în elaborarea politicilor de dezvoltare locală The emergence of diaspora policies is justified in the context of states’ attempts to ,,shape” or ,,direct” the behavior and decisions of migrants, the policies themselves representing public policy instruments with medium and minimal levels of intervention, as the case may be. The desire of governments to incorporate new types of policies, such as diaspora ones, also emerges from the fact that they rally to the principles of good governance promoted at the international level, and policies for migrants and diaspora help them to legitimize themselves in front of various partners of national and international dialogue.
