Analysis of the government legal framework that regulates medical services in Ukraine The article provides an overview of Ukrainian and international government legislation that regulates the activities of central executive bodies which formulate and implement policies in the field of health care services and healthcare providers. The accent on importance of studying the topic of quality medical services accessibility to the population and the proposed modernization of the health care sector financing system in the context of health care reform in Ukraine was evaluated.
