The communication is a irreversible process, which involves the behavior adjustment. Now days the political communication supposes some special characteristics for example: actors of political communication, strategies, marketing techniques etc. The political communication has its standards at the level of different forms, rules, strategies and political situations. -
Comunicarea politică - component intrinsec al vieţii sociale contemporane Nowadays, political communication has become an intrinsic component part of the social life and more and more public servants display an increased interest in this activity. Generally, it can be affirmed that political communication is a field in which various persuasive modalities and forms of the electorate are intersected. The article analyses the proposed by different specialists I the field definitions in order to identify the specifics of political communication. The author proposes a succinct characteristic of the essential forms of political communication such as: presidential communication, governmental communication, local communication, party communication, electoral communication. The peculiarities of the political marketing and of its instruments in political communication are also specified. The aim of the article is to initiate the readers into the essence of the topic. -

Humanism reappeared in Western Europe in the 19th century as a social and cultural movement , guided by the ideal of ancient wisdom and the period of the Renaissance in the 15th and 17th centuries, that promoted the ideas of placing the trust in the values and potential of a human-being. -
Protestul ca formă de participare a societăţii civile în dezvoltarea Republicii Moldova Protestul politic are o istorie lungă, cu toate că nesigură, în repertoriul acțiunii politice şi cursului de dezvoltare politică. Unii analişti au descris protestul ca un instrument utilizat de cei defavorizați şi frustrați politic să facă presiuni asupra guvernării. În schimb, alți cercetători susțin că protestul contemporan a devenit o extensiune a politicii convenționale, prin alte mijloace, utilizate de către cei care sunt, în general, activi în politică. Acest articol examinează rolul protestului şi al activismului civic în Republica Moldova şi reflectă oportunitățile politice de a se angaja în activități de protest. Oamenii nu protestează deoarece sunt frustrați şi excluşi din politică, ci pentru că ei pot protesta şi ei se aşteaptă ca guvernarea să răspundă la acțiunile lor -
Dimensiunile administrației publice Acest articol analizează administrația publică prin prisma a trei dimensiuni: politică, socială și juridică. Administraţia publică este un domeniu interdisciplinar şi pentru exercitarea funcţiilor sale interacţionează, practic, cu toate elementele sistemului social. În ultimul timp, se discută tot mai pronunţat pentru divizarea politicului de administrare, se pledează că administraţia publică nu este o profesie, că administrația publică şi managementul sunt, de fapt, identice. În acest context, subiectul cercetat este actual, iar autorul şi-a propus ca scop examinarea trăsăturilor distinctive ale administraţiei publice. Rezultatele cercetărilor efectuate demonstrează caracterul multidimensional al administraţiei publice, astfel evidențiind factorii ce determină eficiența administrației.
